The evening will culminate with a special whiskey flight tasting, offering a selection of the finest whiskeys from Uncle Nearest, Premium Whiskey.

6-course meal focused around Silvaner, asparagus, and sustainable produce.
Each course will be beautifully paired with a different Silvaner, showing the grape's amazing ability to shine at the dinner table and express a place.
If you have a bottle of Silvaner in your collection that you would like to bring to share with the group, you are most welcome to bring it. Although this is not a requirement, we would like to encourage guests to feel comfortable bringing a bottle of Silvaner to share with guests and add to the celebration and exploration of Silvaner.

Join us for a truly one-of-a-kind wine tasting presented by Riesling Kenner and Robert Houde Wines, with all proceeds supporting The Trotter Project’s mission! All 25 unique micro bottlings from the 2022 vintage coming from the great Hofgut Falkenstein winery in the Saar will be poured. This is the first time for a tasting of this magnitude to happen outside of the winery and for esteemed editor Lars Carlsberg to join us!

Inspired by the late Chef Charlie Trotter's penchant for written notes to his family, including his own little sister Anne. This blended pinot noir was produced by Brooks Winery and will be sold at Morph Hospitality's restaurants starting in November, with sales proceeds benefiting The Trotter Project's mission.❤️
