When you give to The Trotter Project, your donation will go to support Culinary Arts and Farm to School Programming for children, young adults, and families in underserved communities.
$500 Donation
Sponsors a school garden box, from seed to harvest!
Provides for a full season of outdoor classroom, from planting costs and activities, to class garden maintenance, to lessons on how to harvest and taste produce.
$250 Donation
Provides a school garden box starter kit, complete with Seeds & Soil, Gardening Tools & Supplies, & Labor.
Farm to School Gardens
$250 Donation
Provide an in-school cooking class for up to 20 students! For students in middle school through 8th grade.
Culinary Arts Programming
$500 Donation
Supply one student (High School+) with kitchen tools and safety training to study and work in the Culinary Arts.
Culinary Arts Summer Camp
$1000 Donation
Sponsor one student to attend our Culinary Arts Summer Camp.
Students get hands-on instruction in a professional kitchen from chef instructors. They learn about healthy ingredients, food safety, cooking techniques, menu creation, and even chef life!
Field Trips & Mentorship
$300 - $500 Donation
Sponsor one class of up to 25 students to participate in an Excellence Lunch or other Mentorship Field Trip.
Excellence Lunches give students the opportunity to enjoy tasting menus and learn from chefs and staff about bringing excellence to their work & lives.
Other Field Trips include visits to local food producers, cultural events, and even sports nutritionists.
